Georgian Country House 2005 – 2009


Before
Already an established garden, this large space lacked design details.


Design Brief
To re-work areas within the garden, improving the front entrance, adding interest to paved areas, widening and re-planting borders

Solution
The front garden was given more formality and definition by adding cobbled edges to square lawns. The straight flagstone paths were lined with low Box hedging and alternate runs of Lavender and Potentilla Standard white Viburnum added height to the main path.


The cobble setts were used again to create a  circular detail linking to the main seating area.
